SUPPORT SERVICES LIKE THIS

DSAF workshops like this are funded through a grant from Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). In order for us to maintain funding, and continue supporting families, we need to show that we are serving families who currently have TABS numbers and have Family Support Services (FSS). Thus, if you applied for and received a TABS number through OPWDD, please consider sharing your TABS number where indicated on the registration form. A TABS number is not required to attend our workshops but helps DSAF maintain funding to continue servicing families in need.
